Tell Us About Your Journey:

I started as a Greeter at the Fontainebleau Miami for 4 years, then transferred to the Turnberry Isle Miami as a Bellman. I then moved to a Pool Attendant at the Pool and a Beach Attendant at the Turnberry Beach Club. One year later, I transferred back to the hotel as a Lobby Ambassador.

What are the things you love about your work?

I love being able to connect with guest(s) which helps build a relationship with them.

What’s been your proudest moment?

Being awarded Employee of Year, 2016.

What are you looking forward to doing next?

Continuing to provide excellent service to every guest that walks through the hotel doors.
