I started 11 years ago as a Line Cook 2 in Cascata Restaurant. After three years I moved into the Banquet Kitchen as a Cook 1. A year ago I was promoted to Chef de Partie.

What are the things you love about your work?

I get to use my creativity freely in the work that I love to do and have a passion for.

What do you love most about JW Marriott?

It’s a big, prestigious company with years of experience.

What has been your proudest moment?

Giving my co-workers advice and them taking it seriously.

What are you looking forward to doing next?

Moving up to the next level as a Sous Chef.
